Yes DC has kryptonite. It is equally strong when compared to Adamantium and Vibranium. As we have the Man of Steel, we could definitely say that they serve the same purpose as does vibranium and adamantium. You cant defeat adamantium with adamantium but you can definitely win out having krypton against krypton.
